- The restaurant and deal you’re asking about, if applicable.
- The email address tied to your Grubble account.
- Your iOS version and iPhone model, if you’re reporting a bug.
- A screenshot, if something looks wrong in the app.
Common requests
Delete my account
The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is from inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account. This is immediate and irreversible. If you cannot reach that screen, email us or see the deletion page for a step-by-step.
A deal didn’t work at the restaurant
Deals in Grubble AI are compiled from public sources and can be withdrawn or modified by the restaurant at any time without notice. We can’t guarantee that any deal will be honored, but we do want to know when one is stale so we can remove it. Email us with the restaurant name, location, and what you tried to redeem.
I was charged but can’t access Pro
On the paywall, tap Restore Purchases — that re-syncs your subscription from Apple. If it still doesn’t work, email us with the Apple ID email you used and we’ll dig in.
Cancel my subscription
Open iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Grubble AI → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles the billing side; Grubble can’t cancel on your behalf.
Reset my password
Use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in screen. If you no longer have access to the email you signed up with, email us from any address and we’ll help verify your identity.
Suggest a deal or a restaurant chain
Send us the chain name and, if you have it, a link to the deal on the restaurant’s own site. We add new chains regularly.
