Delete your Grubble account

You can remove your Grubble account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Option 1 — from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Grubble app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom bar.
  3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted.

This immediately removes your authentication record, your profile, your saved deals, and your activity events from our database.

Option 2 — by email (if you’ve lost device access)

Email zach@tryterminus.com from the address tied to your Grubble account and we will process the request within 30 days. Please include:

  • The email address on your Grubble account.
  • A brief statement confirming you’d like to delete the account.

What gets deleted

  • Your authentication record (email and password hash).
  • Your profile settings (name, dietary prefs, favorite cuisines).
  • Your saved and favorited deals.
  • Your in-app activity and analytics events.

What’s retained (and why)

Subscription transaction records tied to your Apple ID are retained for up to seven years for tax and financial-reporting compliance required by law. These records do not contain identifying profile data after deletion — only the anonymized transaction metadata required by Apple and relevant tax authorities.
